Required information will include: business name or identifier, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, and any supporting evidence. The digital reporting system will guide users to ensure submissions are complete. Anonymous reports will be accepted where personal safety is a concern. Frivolous or malicious complaints will be screened out to maintain system integrity and prevent abuse.

Each complaint will initiate a defined investigation process. An initial triage will determine urgency and assign a proportional response. Businesses will be formally notified within 24 hours and given the opportunity to respond. Investigations may range from a desktop assessment to a full on-site inspection. Standard procedures will include reviewing documentation, interviewing consumers, and operational analysis. Timelines will vary by complexity, but all parties will be kept informed throughout.

Following investigation, formal determinations are made:

No Breach: Approval maintained with no further action.

Minor Breach: Approval retained with improvement requirements.

Major Breach: Approval withdrawn; full reapplication required.

Unregistered Business With Breach: Remains unapproved with complaint history permanently logged.

This tiered approach balances public protection with proportional enforcement.

Businesses found in breach have structured resolution options:
